The Alexis Fall Parade is Thursday, October 24th at 5:30pm. Parade will start at Holloway and Broadway, turn right on to Main Street and then right on Palmer and continue to Holloway where it ends. Alexis Trick or Treat will be held on Thursday, October 31st from 6-8pm. Thank you!

The Village of Alexis will be flushing hydrants the week of September 30, 2024. During this time you may notice lower than normal pressure and possibly discoloration of your water. Thank you.

The Village of Alexis would like to remind everyone that per Ordinance #2015-655 you must be at least 16 years of age and possess a valid drivers license or permit to operate a UTV/ATV/GOLF CART on the streets. A person who is under the age of 18 shall not have more than one passenger. The Police Department will start issuing tickets to anyone who is caught violating this ordinance.
Also, UTV/ATV/GOLF CARTs must be registered with the Village and display the current sticker on the back of the UTV/ATV/GOLF CART. Failure to do so will also result in a ticket.

Just want to let everyone know that your water should be coming back on shortly and return to your normal pressure. There was a malfunction with a computer that caused a lot of residents to lose water or have low pressure. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The schedule for the water shut off has changed just a bit. We will NOT need to conserve water today (7/24/24) and there will NOT be a town wide shut off tomorrow (7/25/24). We will need to conserve water on Tuesday, July 30th and the town wide shut off will now be on Wednesday, July 31st. We are hoping to get the boil order lifted before the weekend and will update once that happens. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.

UPDATE~ The water main replacement work is still in progress. On Tuesday, July 23rd and Wednesday, July 24th starting at 9am each day, there will be a partial shut down. You will still have water on these two days but we are asking that you CONSERVE WATER as our supply will be limited. On Thursday, July 25th, there will be a town wide shut off starting at 9am. At this time, we are unsure how long you will be without water on the 25th. A boil order is in place starting at 9am on Tuesday, July 23rd until further notice. We will keep you posted as we know more. Thank you!
